Return & Refund Policy for Machinery Sales

At Echos Wood Design, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our industrial woodworking machines. Below is our simple,  policy for all machine sales:

  1. Return Window

    • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the date of purchase.

  2. Item Condition

    • Machines must be unused, in “as-sold” condition, with all original parts, manuals, and packaging intact.

    • We perform a full inspection upon receipt to ensure eligibility.

  3. Restocking Fee & Pickup

    • A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.

    • You are responsible for local pickup or return shipping costs. We can arrange pickup at a nominal fee if preferred.

    • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

  4. Authorization & Process

    • Authorization is required before any return. Email freddy@echoswooddesign.com with your order number and reason.

    • We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and arrange pickup details or provide a return label.

    • Returns sent without an RA number may be refused or delayed.

  5. Defective Equipment

    • If your machine is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery, we will cover pickup and shipping costs and waive the restocking fee.

    • We’ll repair, replace, or fully refund defective units at our discretion.

  6. Refunds & Exchanges

    • Once your return passes inspection, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 7 business days.

    • Refunds exclude the restocking fee (if applicable) and original delivery charges.
