Refund and Returns Policy

**Return & Refund Policy for Machinery Sales**

At Echos Wood Design, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our industrial woodworking machines and offer the following return policy:

**Return Window**

You may request a return or exchange within **14 days** of the delivery date.

**Item Condition**

Machines must be unused, in “as-sold” condition, with all original parts, manuals, and packaging intact.

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to verify their condition and eligibility.

**Return Shipping**

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective machines. We can help coordinate return shipping upon request.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

**Authorization Process**

All returns require prior authorization. Please email **support@echoswooddesign.com** with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

**Defective Equipment**

If your machine arrives damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

**Refunds & Exchanges**

Once your return passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method or send your exchange within 7 business days.
