As our kitchen renovation project schedule changed, Echos Wood Design “Freddie” was very flexible and accommodating to the changing project schedule. While the flooring was being installed the installers ran into a problem with enough clearance for a pocket door, I contacted Freddie and he was here within an hour and he removed the pocket door so the flooring contractor could finish the door installation. The attention to detail was apparent from the start of the project when Freddie provided recommendations that took our kitchen to the next level.
